Despite the perception of India being an incredibly beautiful and diverse destination, there is a dark underbelly that is growing in the country. From the reports of tourists from Europe, the vast majority of whom are female, we have come to know that India is one of the most dangerous countries for women in the world.
Reports of Hindu men using fun as a garb to grope women and girls, and the overall ‘filthy’ mentality of Hindu men, have all contributed to the dismal, and deeply concerning, safety situation for female visitors in India.
