In a proactive step towards fostering inter-agency cooperation and cyber awareness among future military leaders, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Dehradun, Ajai Singh, interacted with cadets of the Indian Military Academy (IMA) on Monday, sharing valuable insights on cyber safety, internal security, and police–army coordination.
Bridging Forces for National Security During the interactive session, 205 IMA cadets undergoing training visited the Dehradun Police Office to gain first-hand understanding of the functioning of the Police Control Room (PCR) and the operational synergy between the Army and Police during joint operations.
SSP Ajai Singh highlighted the shared responsibility of the Army and Police in maintaining internal security and public order, stressing that effective collaboration between the two is essential in dealing with modern threats, including terrorism, misinformation, and cybercrime.
