“Genocide in Kashmir: India’s Inhuman Tactics Have Failed & Will Not Succeed in Dominating Kashmiri People”.

Amid the Republic Day celebrations, Indian occupational forces reinforced security across Jammu and Kashmir. Sanitization and area domination exercises were carried out by police, CRPF staff, and other security personnel as random vehicle checks were conducted at various places. In IlOJK, innocent civilians and educated youth are being violently murdered by Indian forces during fake encounters, and cordon-and-search operations. Targeted killings of Kashmiri youth can be categorized as genocide. The liberation struggle by Kashmiris will never be forgotten, especially with Burhan Wani as its shining star. India’s inhumane tactics used to dominate the Kashmiri people, such as murdering, torturing, forced disappearances, and detentions, have historically been unsuccessful and will not succeed in the future.

 More than 609 innocent Kashmiris have so far been martyred by the Indian occupation forces in staged encounters, since India’s illegal and unilateral actions of 05 August 2019. The intensified killing spree in IIOJK is a clear manifestation of India using state terrorism as a policy tool against the Kashmiris. Indian Occupation Forces have stepped up extra-judicial killings of Kashmiris, particularly targeting Kashmiri youth, following the malafide conviction and sentencing of Hurriyat leader Mr. Yasin Malik in a grossly suspicious and contrived case.

Indian Occupation Forces continue to operate with complete impunity under draconian laws such as Public Safety Act (PSA), Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA), and Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). APHC leader Molvi Bashir Irfani in a statement in Srinagar said that the word “democracy” is a mask on the true face of India behind which it is hiding its cruel imperialist face to deceive the world. Extra-judicial killings of young men, including teenage boys, and refusal to return the human remains of those martyred are completely unlawful and reflect the moral bankruptcy of the Indian Occupation Forces. The gross and systematic HRVs perpetrated by the Indian Occupation Forces in IIOJK warrant investigation by the UN Commission of inquiry as recommended by the OHCHR in its reports for 2018 and 2019.

“Indian Security Forces Bust Terror Recruitment Module in J&K – Is This a Part of BJP’s Plan to Disrupt Rahul Gandhi’s Yatra?”

Indian security forces have reportedly broken up a terrorist recruitment module in the Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir, successfully rescuing five youths, including two juveniles. It is being suggested that the recent terror attacks in the area could be a BJP-planned attempt to disrupt Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra in IIOJ&K. In response, the Indian state-sponsored media has been quick to blame Pakistan and has condemned the offered peace initiative from Pakistan’s Prime Minister. Additionally, the Indian media has become a spokesperson for the BJP, criticizing PDP and MC for their remarks calling for the Indian government to stop human rights violations and cease the demolition of Muslim homes and properties in IIOJK.

Pakistan appears to have recognized that they cannot win on the battlefield, hence resorting to the tactic of proxies, according to General Bakshi, “The new strategy of Pakistan is now evident.”
