The Foreign Office says Pakistan is in talks with the Iranian government to deal with the Iranian Corona virus outbreak and the current situation.
According to Radio Pakistan’s report, during a weekly news briefing in Islamabad, Foreign Office spokeswoman Aisha Farooqi said that Pakistan supports Iranian authorities’ efforts to stop the outbreak, Pakistan expresses solidarity with them.
The spokesman said that two consulates in our embassy and Iran are on alert, are investigating the situation closely and are trying to contact the Pakistani community, including visitors and students.
He said that helplines have been set up at the embassy and the consulates are providing necessary information and suggestions to the Pakistani community in this regard.
