Rawalpindi Police conducts Flag March under supervision of SSP Operations Tariq Walait. Officers and officials of District Police, Dolphin Force, Elite Police Force and Traffic Police participated in the Flag March. The divisional SPs, SP Potohar Syed Ali, SP Saddar Rai Mazhar Iqbal and SP Rawal Asif Masood were also present on the occasion. The flag March that commenced from police lines was conducted on different roads of the city. Flag March concluded in police lines where SSP Operations Tariq Walait addressing the officers and officials said that the objective of the Flag March is to strengthen the sense of security among the citizens. SSP Operations said that Rawalpindi police is fighting against every kind of crime under the Command of City Police Officer, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Muhammad Faisal Rana. Every official of Rawalpindi police is ready to sacrifice his life for the motherland and is performing his professional duties 24/7 for the establishment and maintenance of rule of law on every inch of Rawalpindi. The law abiding citizens of Rawalpindi have provided unmatched support to Rawalpindi police for the supremacy of law. SSP Operations said that Rawalpindi police is willing and alert to perform its duties in every situation.

The citizens of Rawalpindi must rest assured that their lives and and property were/are and will be protected by the police under the rule of law, SSP Operations added. The protection of lives and property of the citizens is the prime responsibility of the police which is being fulfilled in every situation and at any cost, he added. Police force raised the slogans “long live Pakistan” on the occasion creating enthusiasm and excitement in the environment.
