CPO Faisal Rana given the title “protector of Rawalpindi’s Children”, Private Schools adjudge Rawalpindi police’s performance for protection of children as ideal and imitable, the practical measures taken by CPO Faisal Rana for protection of children are unprecedented, Malik Naseem, President Private Schools Association addresses the ceremony.

According to the details, a ceremony was organized by private school’s association at Jinnah Stadium Islamabad. The City Police Officer, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Muhammad Faisal Rana was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The ceremony was attended by a large number of teachers and students. Malik Naseem, President Private Schools Association said that, the citizens of Rawalpindi became contented when CPO Faisal Rana announced that he will protect the children of Rawalpindi like his own children while on the other hand they were looking for the practical steps in this regard. Rawalpindi police working under the command of CPO Faisal Rana not only kept the words with practical measures but also arrested the cruel criminals who tortured the children due to which parents and teachers started praying for CPO Faisal Rana and Rawalpindi Police. CPO Faisal Rana not only took into custody those who sexually abused the children in Pakistan but also arrested the ringleader of International Dark Web who was deported from UK and Italy for molesting children and was involved in child molestation and pornography in Pakistan along with his accomplices. Malik Naseem, on behalf of private schools association, teachers and students, gave CPO Faisal Rana the title “Protector of Children” and demanded that the performance of Rawalpindi police for the protection of children must be determined “ideal and archetype” policing by the government as it is unprecedented. The teachers and students gave standing ovation to honor CPO Faisal Rana when Malik Naseem called him “The Protector of Children” and the venue resonated with applause for several minutes. CPO Faisal Rana while addressing the ceremony said that he loves every child of Rawalpindi like his own children.

CPO told that he gets emotional when receives information regarding sexual abuse of a child and neither he sleeps himself nor lets the police to sleep till the arrest of the culprit. The CPO said that those who sexually abuse children, make their nude pictures and videos and upload them on the internet are the beasts who do not deserve to be called humans. The CPO said the he always tries that police police provide solid and firm evidence in the Court against such brutal beasts so that they could be awarded exemplary conviction. CPO Faisal Rana’s address made the atmosphere emotional. CPO Faisal Rana was also presented awards and gifts on the occasion.

CPO directs to monitor kite flyers through binoculars and drone cameras.

An operation against kite flying & selling continues following the directions of CPO Faisal Rana, more than 20K kites, metal strings and other articles recovered from 23 persons taken into custody, CPO directs to monitor kite flyers through binoculars and drone cameras from high proof buildings, social circles welcome the aggressive operation and announce total support. According to the details, the City Police Officer, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Muhammad Faisal Rana, earlier launched “Operation against Terror”, an operation against the terror groups that had become symbol of terror among the citizens.

The operation is progressing successfully and dozens of record holder, hardened criminals have been arrested during the operation due to which Rawalpindi police has won public appreciation. The CPO has now launched aggressive operation against kite flyers and sellers according to the vision of the Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar and directions of the Inspector General of Police, Punjab Capt. (R) Arif Nawaz. The aggressive operation against kite flyers & sellers has gained remarkable success right from its onset. SSP Operations Tariq Walait along with SP Potohar Syed Ali, SP Saddar Rai Mazhar Iqbal and SP Rawal Asif Masood told in a briefing that different police teams raided various go downs in the district on authentic information and recovered more than 20K kites, metal strings and other articles which were stocked to be supplied to different areas of the district. CPO Faisal Rana while addressing on the occasion said that we have to stop kite selling & kite flying at any cost and directed for monitoring and surveillance of kite flying through binoculars and drone cameras from high proof buildings. The CPO directed the divisional SPs to devise a plan for such monitoring and to immediately provide binoculars and drone cameras to the police stations. The CPO directed that kite flyers identified through binocular or the drone camera must be taken into custody. The CPO said that the police officials must enthusiastically participate in the aggressive operation against kite flyers. Apart from the permanent priorities of police, there are some timely priorities, and these days the priority of police is to stop kite flying and selling, the CPO added. The CPO said that no pressure will be accepted during the aggressive operation against kite flying & selling and God forbid, in case of loss of human life at the hands of kite flying, all the relative sections of law will be applied for registration of case under the law. The CPO reiterated to carry out operation on authentic and meaningful information in coordination with other law enforcement agencies so that the operation could produce desired results. The CPO said that he will take all the possible steps under the law to eradicate kite flying and kite selling and warned that neither he will take rest nor will let any police official to show slackness in this regard. The CPO told that he will take daily progress report regarding the operation.

Ringleader of “International Dark Web” arrested by Rawalpindi Police.

Significant achievement of Rawalpindi Police with regard to arrest of criminals, takes in to custody Sohail Ayaz alias Ali, ringleader of “International Dark Web” that used to molest children, make their videos and earn through pornography.

The accused was arrested and jailed in the UK for child molestation and the British Government deported him for his crime, the accused was also deported from Italy after Judicial Trial for sexual abuse of children, the accused has molested 30 children since his return to Pakistan. According to the detail, Rawalpindi Police, working under the command of City Police Officer, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Muhammad Faisal Rana marked the most significant achievement in its history the previous day. Police took into custody a criminal of international level who has been sentenced to jail and was deported by the governments of Britain and Italy for child molestation. SP Saddar Rai Mazhar Iqbal told the City Police Officer, Muhammad Faisal Rana in a briefing that police took into custody Sohail Ayaz alias Ali for molesting a 12/13 years child in Rawat, who used to sell tea. After the initial investigation, it disclosed that the arrested accused was the ringleader of “International Dark Web” and has been jailed in UK and Italy for the same crime. The accused was sentenced in UK and he remained in jail and later was arrested and trialed in Italy for sexual abuse of children. The arrested accused Sohail Ayaz was deported from Uk and then from Italy for his crimes. The SP told that the accused used to live broadcast the act of molestation, upload porn videos and pictures on the “Dark web” and earned through pornography.

The accused when reached Britain from Pakistan, he got job in an organization of child protection in UK where he started earning through pornography on the “International Dark Web”. The accused continued his dreadful act in Pakistan after being jailed in the UK, trialed in Italy and later deported from both the countries. The accused has confessed that he has molested 30 children since his return to Pakistan and that he also made nude pictures and videos of the victims. A case was registered on the complaint of mother of the victim child in which the ringleader of “Internation Dar Web” Sohail Ayaz was taken into custody. CPO Faisal Rana commended SP Saddar for the arrest of accused who used to molest children and earned by uploading their nude videos and pictures on the “International Dark Web”. The CPO said that the arrest of accused who used to molest children and uploaded their pictures and videos on the notorious “International Dark Web” is such a significant achievement of Rawalpindi police which will be recognized Internationally. The CPO directed to coordinate with the Federal Investigation Agency in order to recover videos and pictures of the children whom he molested. The CPO said that Rawalpindi police will be the complainant in each incidents of brutal act of molestation in and around Rawalpindi in case the parents are not will to submit complaints due to social pressures. The CPO said that SSP Operations Tariq Walait and SSP Investigations Muhammad Faisal will monitor the investigation of the accused while he will take daily update in this regard. The CPO directed to recover mobile phones, laptops and all the other technical gadgets which the accused used to make and upload the pictures and videos of the victim children. The non governmental organizations working for the protection of the children appreciated CPO Faisal Rana over the arrest of the accused who used to molest children and upload their videos and pictures on the “International Dark Web” and said that practical measures are visible about the claim of Rawalpindi police for the protection of the children and the parents of the children thank CPO Faisal Rana for these measures. The social organizations have expressed that CPO Faisal Rana has proven that he has the God gifted ability of professional policing of International level.
